This unique sensory experience is designed to illuminate the path to recovery, conveying the powerful message that even in the darkest moments, light can be discovered.This project empowers individuals to realize they are not alone on their journey, surrounded by a community that loves, treasures, and values them.
Embark on a transformative experience through five distinct art therapy installations, each promoting self-love and equipped with tools for utilizing positive coping mechanisms. Attendees will not only witness the power of art, music, and dance therapy but will leave with valuable tools to help themselves and others.
